Last updated: September 7, 2026 · These Terms govern your use of the SHIFT mobile application ("SHIFT", "the app"), published by Wingwomen Technologies Inc. ("we", "us").
By downloading, accessing or using SHIFT, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the app.
You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum digital-consent age in your country) to use SHIFT. If you are a minor, you must have permission from a parent or guardian.
We grant you a personal, limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use SHIFT for your own non-commercial entertainment, subject to these Terms. We reserve all rights not expressly granted.
You are responsible for activity under your account and for keeping your sign-in secure. You may not share, sell or transfer your account. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.
You agree not to: reverse engineer, decompile or tamper with the app; cheat, exploit bugs, or use unauthorized third-party software; disrupt or attack our servers; infringe others' rights; or use the app for any unlawful purpose.
In-app purchases are processed by the Apple App Store or Google Play under their terms. Prices and taxes are shown at checkout. Refunds are handled per the applicable store's policy; contact Apple or Google for billing/refund requests.
SHIFT and all related names, logos, characters, art, audio, text and software are owned by us or our licensors and are protected by law. You may not copy, distribute, or create derivative works except as expressly allowed.
SHIFT relies on third-party services (e.g., Google Sign-In, Apple/Google payment platforms, cloud hosting). Your use of those services is subject to their terms and privacy policies. We are not responsible for third-party services.
SHIFT is provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the app will be uninterrupted, secure or error-free.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or any loss of data, profits or goodwill, arising from your use of the app. Our total liability shall not exceed the greater of the amount you paid us in the past 12 months or USD $50.
You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from claims arising out of your misuse of the app or violation of these Terms.
We may suspend or terminate your access at any time for any reason, including violation of these Terms. You may stop using the app and delete your account at any time.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, USA, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules. Disputes will be resolved in the courts located in the State of Delaware, USA, unless applicable law requires otherwise.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
If you obtained SHIFT via Apple: these Terms are between you and us, not Apple. Apple has no obligation to provide support or maintenance for the app. Apple is not responsible for any product warranties, claims, or third-party IP claims relating to the app. Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of these Terms and may enforce them against you. You represent that you are not located in a country subject to a U.S. Government embargo and are not on any U.S. Government restricted-parties list. The Apple standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement also applies.
If you obtained SHIFT via Google Play, your use is also subject to the Google Play Terms of Service.
